You may have heard Sterling Fox’s work before without realising it. As a ghostwriter he was worked with acts like Lana Del Rey, Avicii and Madonna among others.
Here though he is writing for himself, and interestingly in this song “Freak Caroline” actually writing about some of the artists he has worked with.
The song is as well-polished and as catchy as you would expect with modern and retro rock/pop hints echoing acts from Bowie to Maroon 5.
