City Rain has released the official music video for “Hearts,” a single off their full-length LP, Songs For A High School Dance. A foot-tapping, head-bopping and ultimately uplifting song, “Hearts” is full of gorgeous harmonies and soaring synths, and the video is a perfect fit. From the gorgeous lighting, graffiti filled bridges, and roof-top city views to the fist-pumping heart beats and dancing happy feet, this video reminds me just why “Hearts” was one of my favorite tracks on this album.
City Rain is an electro-pop alt-rock duo out of Philadelphia known for their beat-heavy, electro-pop sound. But they don’t just deliver a big sound in a big way. Rather, as aptly demonstrated by this video and single they deliver music with a lot of heart, too.
