I woke up today, checked my various accounts and found this video from the Yellow Jacket Avenger sitting there, calling me to push play. So I did. My TV exploded with this colorful, quirky new video for Friday Man. The song is from the delightfully wonderful album Brandon Town, and is just as quirky as the video. My personal favorite moment was Tessa Kautzman taking her bass and striking a classic Tina Weymouth pose, gave me chills. The Yellow Jacket Avenger have taken on two additional members and the quartet is sonically adjusting Brandon Town into something “heavier”. This I will wait with breath that is bated to hear, because these tunes turned one louder will kick ass even more.
