Fancy listening to something different? Then Our Voices will definitely suit whatever musical mood you are keeping. Our Voices features Solo Tracks from Adam Lazzara (Taking Back Sunday), A Raneri (Bayside), Chris Conley (Saves The Day) & Vinnie Caruana (I Am The Avalanche).
First up is “Because It Works” with Adam Lazzara from Taking Back Sunday. This song is a good old acoustic jam complete with a Bob Dylan style harmonica which makes this a real good time song.
Anthony Raneri from Bayside is next in line with “String Me Along”, but this song doesn’t do that to you. It’s a wonderful electro-guitar number with a sing a long “oh oh wooooooooooooowwwwww….” chorus line that will grab you instantly.
Saves The Day leader Chris Conley brings “Diamonds & White Gold” up next in another acoustic sing along which isn’t too far away from Simon & Garfunkel’s classic Mrs. Robinson and the EP ends with Vinnie Caruana from I Am The Avalanche and “Sick Down To My Heart.” He takes no prisoners with the heavy vocals accompanying the guitar and some colourful language to say the least!
This is a charming little EP which has diversity from beginning to end and is a great listen to get away from the mainstream drag.
