Are you ready for Feels?
The Helsinki electro-pop trio are ready for you. Singer and songwriter Sofi Meronen, keyboardist Mikael Myrskog and producer Jooel Jons have two songs right here for you to get acquainted.
“If you’d meet me tonight” is dreamy global hypercolour pop with a 90s flavour. It has echoes of some of that end-of-the century cleaner trip hop sound of forgotten acts like Mandalay, Mono (UK) and Dubstar.
“Weightless” is less accessible, less dreamy with darker synth pulses and enigmatic lyrics and vocals in the style of Fever Ray and Austra respectively.
These new songs see a progression in sound and quality from their debut EP, Butterflies. Packaged with melancholia and euphoria in equal measures, both songs can be purchased from their Bandcamp page
