Bypass: A reclusive eccentric aging stage actor mysteriously inherits a unique bundle, little does he know that his world of habitual routines, personal vices and the occasional nightmare are to become strangely altered for good.

Bypass flows like a vintage noir silent film backed by a jazzy trip-hop dub mix, a great musical soundtrack for a uniquely done narrative short film that leans towards the mysterious, the cooky and the supernatural.  Bypass was selected for the Bornshorts Film Festival in Bornholm, Denmark (Sept 14-16th, 2011), the first festival screening after its internet debut in June 2011.  It was also chosen as “Official Selection” for Horrible Imaginings Film Festival (Nov 4, 2011, San Diego, CA.) Sophia Segal’s work continues to be featured on music, film, video and art blogs, online magazines and radio shows here in the US and abroad.
