Belmont Lights are Shining with “Faded”

Belmont Lights is an alternative rock band with San Diego roots and they’ve been getting a lot of love. With two EPs under their belt, Belmont Lights have been road dogs perfecting their sound and show while playing major clubs in LA, San Diego and San Francisco.  They’ve been getting praise from numerous magazines and have opened on national tours, landed an invite to SXSW 2013 and have recently been featured on 95.5 KLOS Heidi and Frank show.  I’m happy to let you all know that Belmont Lights are about to release a brand new record on April 14.  No title as of yet, but their song “Faded” is anthemic, super tight and very cool beans. It’s got me curious and excited for what’s to come.  Check out “Faded” below and get excited too!

Born and raised in NYC, she began her lifelong love affair with music the moment she first heard T Rex. Throughout her life music has always been there … the steadfast fiend with no judgement, always accepting. It nourishes, it angers, it heals and it makes you feel embraced. It is a part of her just as a limb or a lung. If she can bring any of those feelings to people through her writing, not only does she feel she’s done her job, she feels like she’s given them a gift.
